Summer holiday in Philippine Vo1

its been a long time since last blog was updated,,,

My family and I went to Philippine in mid-August!

we took China airline from Fukuoka(Fukuoka-Taipei-Manila), and then connecting flight to Cebu with Cebu pacific.Cebu pacific is so called LCC carrier(Law Cost Carrier)and it really was cheap.I paid about 4000yen for round trip from Manila to Cebu.

these photoes are the traditionla philippine dished we had on the night we arrived Cebu, it was not too spicy and not too salty, not too sweet.someone told me Philippine dishes has no character.I can well understand that:)

How is summer vacation spent?

I eat the Korean food "BIBINBA" a lot in summer.

When it eats the "Kimuchi "mixing it, it is more delicious.

It is too hot, and I like Korean food very much.

It sometimes goes to the Korean food shop on the weekend every week.

It goes to the sports gym、 eating the spicy food and it sweats.

The other day, I suddenly thought "I want to eat Vietnamise spring roll!!"

its very easy to cook, and healthy.

but the difficult part is rolling it.

you need a bit of technique but you can soon get used to it.

My best friend who owns a small Asian Cafe in Osaka gave me the hint, she is a very good cook!

Last weekends, I saw "KNOWING" .

this film about a kind of saving our earth or something like that ,and I didn't have much interest first.I wanted to see "The Soloist" with Jamie Fox ! but they didn't have the film.

Anyways ,that Nowwing was ok I think .

At least Nicolas Cage is playing!!!!!!
